Try the Relleno Plate!. I lived in Belen and Los Lunas for 15 years. This is The Best New Mexican Food I have ever eaten! I now live in Alb., and visit every chance I can to get those rellenos! I would advise to go on a week night and not Fri or Sat. Great Food! That's the sum of it.

Authentic NM. Best in NM. The chilie sauces are made entirely from scratch. The sopapillas are divine. The service is paced for enjoyable dining. Always ask which color (red or green) is hotter that day. When made by hand the heat index is different each day). For the bowl of green and the best rellenos this is the place.

The worst New Mexican food.. The WORST restaurant our family has ever been to in New Mexico. The chilie tastes like powdered chilie and if you want extra chilie you get charged. Also my sister ordered a hot dog, which came on a tortilla and she threw up on her plate at the table! NASTY!!!! The waitress could have cared less and was very rude. The owner, is very unfriendly. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone if you enjoy genuine New Mexican food.!!!
