poor customer service, poor communication ,i was treated poor becasue i am deaf and he kept turning away from me and i couldnt hear what he said , doesnt buy anything and when they do they give you next to nothing. lame excuses to why they wont buy your used media . steer clear from this crappy business and hope that a rip off like this doesnt stay in buisness!
