WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! My daughter gave me her groupon because she didn't want to go to the pottery class because she said the lady was beyond rude when trying to schedule a time to go in. So I went with a friend and when we got there we asked what time the class was starting, and a girl said "Umm whenever it starts" Really? The owner and employee were BEYOND rude. The only person who was nice was a man who volunteers there. There was a CAT walking all over the pottery, and other students were complaining about cat hair getting all over their pottery. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE TO EVEN BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!
Love this place! It is so much fun! The owners are fantastic, the classes are fun, and you get to make whatever you want! Highly recommend it!!!
Customer service is A+!! Definitely a must do in Albuquerque especially with friends, date, or double date!! I felt the instructor was very attentive and helpful in the design of the pottery!! The pottery is great for deco or using around the house! We've made coffee mugs, fruit bowls, ring holders, you name it! I do recommend doing your own glazing for that custom look! I plan to go back!!
Most Unprofessional & Rude Customer Service EVER!.
When I started asking questions to understand the process and materials to use, two workers/volunteers both told me that they didn't care and that I should just choose a shape. Really? WTF!? Unbelievably insane if you ask me. I have encountered rude people but this experience tops them all off. They were the most unprofessional, rude and awful people I have ever met!
I give them 1 star only because I can't give a negative.
Don't ever give this organization/company your hard earned money. B/C they don't care! They really don't!
In the Running for Worst Customer Service. This business is up there in the worst customer service category - a general lack of caring about the customer and general feeling that they are doing you a favor. The pottery class itself was very enjoyable, but the experience in trying to schedule a class and actually get the pottery you made has been another story. I was supposed to get a call about picking up the pottery within 2 weeks - it's now been 7 weeks with no phone call at all. Evidently a big waste of time and money. And, I don't think they really care. There seems to be a general lack of customer service and a general lack of organization around the pottery created. I would organize pots by the date created and by who made them so that there is a system to use for follow-up. But, there doesn't seem to be any system in place at all and certainly no interest in trying to please the customer other than during the class itself. This is not a way to run a business.
Best Date Ever!. I would highly reccommend Not Made in China to anyone would wants to have some fun getting to know their creative side and get a little messy in the process. My wife and I had a great time.
Waste of time for my Living Social purchase. Tried numerous times to make an appointment - arrive this evening to be told that no one had bothered to put us down on the schedule. The response to my - you don't seem to care, was Yes you are right I don't - wow that was direct. With that sort of attitude why would I want to reschedule - no thanks!
Our Clay Date was the best!. What a wonderful introduction to pottery. The instructors were warm and welcoming and the instruction was above excellent. I'm seriously considering membership, as this would make a wonderful new hobby. I look forward to my next visit. The instruction was the best I've received ever. Very patient and an over all great time. I would recommend this to anyone who has an interest in learning ceramics.
Best Bargin in the 505. We had the best date ever! We learned so much! In our clay date the instructors were patient and through. The level of instruction was better than my collage art classes!! We can't wait to go back and get a membership!
