Okay Service, Bad Advice. The women in the front office were always very nice.

However, when I signed up they neglected to offer me medical. Actually, I was told since I have health insurance, it wasn't necessary.

After an accident, this advice cost me thousands out of pocket and thousands off my settlement.

Despite the very nice women that work there. I never received anything but advertisements and notices that there was something that needed to be changed in my poilcy.

Every other state farm agent I have had has done little things. Call after you are in an accident, send free address labels or holiday/birthday cards.

Mike Volk never provided me with a single positive encounter after my initial meeting when I signed up.

I am going back to my previous agent, even if they are located 30 miles across town!
