Great local business. I've been shopping at Jack & Rascal's for over a year now, and I mean SHOPPING! I'm in there at least every week buying food for our greyhounds. They have a great selection of premium foods, including dry, canned, refrigerated, raw, etc. If you're looking for a quality product, you'll find it there. If you need something special, they'll order it for you. And they have a frequent buyer program that rewards you with free food based on your purchases. They also have great groomers who turn out beautiful cuts. The grooming area is behind glass, so you can see exactly what is going on - no hiding behind closed doors. I recommend Jack & Rascal's every chance I get.

Horrible Customer Service. I'm always willing to support local businesses and after passing by a few times I decided I would go in and check it out. I have three dogs at home, one of them in desperate need of her winter coat shaved and wanted to see what services they offered and what the store was all about. I walked in, walked right past the front desk where sales associate was standing, spent a little over 5 minutes inside the store, passed by yet another sales associate and was not greeted nor asked if I needed any help by either of the young ladies. Needless to say I did not purchase anything from their store and will not be using their grooming services. Customer service needs some work.
