Terrible haircut...if u can even call it that. I made an appointment with Ross because I read a couple of good reviews on his services. I should have taken into account that they were from several years back though. I have long curly hair and recently had my hair cut at the beauty school I was attending. Needless to say, I wanted to have it corrected. I went in with my ideas and some pics. Ross spoke about how he likes cutting the interior of curly hair. I clearly said that I do not like my hair cut like that. Being that he is a professional I trusted him not to. We started with a shampoo then comb and he starts snipping away at it all the while talking about some assymetrical crap and 80's hair. This dude is so dated with his styles and I wish that I had got up and left that rinky dink salon. If your in your 60's and want to head back to the past, then this guy is for you. He did nothing that I asked and I had to tell him to stop before I broke out into tears. I do not recommend at all....the biggest waste of money and time and walked out with some missing hair. I wouldn't even waste a star on his service.

Best Hair Salon. This is a bustling place (but your made to feel so, so relaxed) with 4 or 5 stylists/barbers usually working at one time. Ross cuts my hair and in my humble opinion does an awesome job everytime. He's consistently at the top of his game, is very personable and I always leave, feeling good like I have made a friend who also happens to be a barber. The staff are very professional and the environment is modern casual. Like I said very relaxing.

User review by mpavig. Ask for Ross. He is fabulous at corrective hair cutting and he's also a great colorist. Ross is an experienced stylist who stay current with what's happening in the industry. If you need to update your style, as for Ross.
