Poor clinic. I agree with the others. Office staff is RUDE and UNFRIENDLY - they act like you are inconveniencing them. If I owned this clinic I'd fire every last one of them tomorrow! They purposefully keep you on hold FOREVER hoping that you'll give up sooner or later and hang up. The wait is intolerable. The clinic charged us $69 for amoxicillin and refused to credit an unused bottle back when we found that we could get a generic version at Walmart for $7. Even charged $5 more to write a prescription we filled on-line. They didn't even want to bother with faxing the authorization to the online pharmacy and wanted ME to do it! If they treat the owners that back, how can they care for their animals? Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!
