TERRIBLE SERVICE

I tried purchasing all my graduation items with this company. If it wasn't for another company I wouldn't have had a graduation ring or cap and gown. This company is completely unreliable and unethical. I ordered my products months in advance. At first they would say that they where working on getting the items in. Then they wouldn't answer my calls! it even got to the point where they would hide from me. I never received a call giving me a status of my order or some explanation for the delay . Horrible customer service! Bottom line: if you want to actually get your products, don't do business with this company. The prices attract you but you will end up paying more in the end. Other places are more expensive but they probably have better customer service than this company and they keep their promises, or at least give you an explanation. ( I wouldn't give them any starts but Ihave to give some rating. )

INCREDIBLE SERVICE

My wife and i went to purchase our Sons Graduation Supplies (Caps and Gowns and all that) they sat us down and took their time going over everything in detail and helped us get the Cap and Gown that our kids School was selling for 5 times the amount. They even offered us something to drink and we order Class Rings and even Graduation Party Package. It was the nicest most relaxed atmosphere in there. When my daughter graduates we're definitely going back. Oh yeah, we'll tell all our friends and Graduating Students about yawl. Thanks

• Cons: I wish I knew about them before i could of saved lots!

Best Graduation Supplies at Half the Cost!!!!

I Purchase all my High School and Graduation Supplies, plus everything i need to start College in one package, the "COLLEGE PREP PACKAGE" it was incredibly affordable and you can make payments on EVERYTHING!
