Thankful for Gaia!. I've been taking yoga classes from Gaia Richards ever since she came to Albuquerque. It had been a long time since I had been on a yoga mat and both my body and mind were pretty stressed from quitting my job, selling my house in Michigan and making my own move to Albuquerque. I'm grateful that Gaia has taken all of this into account during our lessons and made sure that I was comfortable doing what I was doing and also comfortable knowing that there just were things I couldn't do yet. Yoga - at it's best. Gaia has the knowledge, experience, personality and intuition to teach anyone and taking her classes are pure joy!! She is accomodating to all of her students and makes everyone feel as though they are the most important to her throughout the class - every class.
