Best Experience!. Joan and her team were extraordinary assets in the sale of our beloved and "distinctive" North Valley home - after interviewing several others, Joan impressed us from our first meeting with the level of her preparation and marketing efforts.

She came to us ready to work from that first meeting and helped us navigate all stages of the appraisals, inspections, and sale with minimum inconvenience and maximum confidence.

Outstanding Service. I wanted to take a few moments here to extend my thanks to Joan for all you have done for Vaughn and me both before we came down to Albuquerque and while we've been here. First and foremost, we HAVE finally secured an apartment as of last night...yea! The hunt is over and may I say that looking for a temporary residence was not as fun as I'm hoping it will be when we actually start our house hunt. I'm inclined to believe that looking for our own house will make a difference in how I view the processI can't thank you enough for all your "leg work" in connecting my husband and me with the the rental Agency. Joan put us at ease immediately and her willingness to share her knowledge and answer all of our questions made her just awesome to be with. It is because of her community tour that I now feel much more comfortable in relocating here. When the time comes to begin our house hunting, I feel 100% confident in putting our home-ownership dreams in her hands.

Terriffic Buying Experience. My home buying experience was really terrific. I am in my sixties and had never owned a home before. Joan helped me see the available homes that were for sale in the areas I was interested in. Nothing felt just right, but Joan did not push me to decide or consider homes that were not “the one”. One Saturday, we were out looking and we stopped in front of a home that was not on the market. Joan had mentioned they might consider selling. The owners were there and graciously allowed us to come through the house. It was “the one”. We submitted and offer and everyone was pleased. I am still in touch with the former owner on a personal level and “ I love my house”.

Love the Virtual Tour. We love Joan!! My husband contacted her company ( Prudential) to find us a second home in Santa Fe. Because we are out of state she has been sending us Virtual Tours of her listings as well as other homes she thinks will match. Even though we have not settled on one yet, she has made it easy to look from Portland. We appreciate her attitude toward us and we are anticipating finding just the right home in time for ski season.

Recommended. Joan sold my home in less than 3 weeks. She told me that she had some people when I listed it with her. She was able to get what I was asking and a quick closing. I was happy to be done with this without a lot of delay. This is the second time I have used Prudential and I think that their service is second to none.

Very Helpful. Leaving ABQ and I needed to sell my home quickly. I used Prudential before. They put with Joan to list my home. She went to work listing and advertising it. She had showings in 3 days and I had an offer within the week. I felt fortunate to have sold it so quickly in this market. Joan was great and I'm looking forward to adding her to my Christmas list.

Fantastic Service. I have the privilege of relocating to Albuquerque for work. I found Joan on the Web. I have used Prudential before and I was happy with their service. This time was no exception. Joan provided me with several listings and a wealth of information on the city. She helped me find a great home in the NE side. She also arranged help with my house in AZ.

I found her to be very attentive and I appreciated her prompt return of my correspondence.

Professional Experience. Joan Wagner and her staff at Prudential did a great job in finding us a home and getting us through the closing process. Highly recommended if you want to avoid unresponsive agents We tried 3 other agencies.

Helpful to a newbee. Excited to finally close on my home and join my NM family. I want to say that Joan from Prudential did a great job for me and really helped me understand the importance of finding the right home for me as well as protecting me from losing money during the closing part. Professional Listing Agent. I hired Joan to list my house. I found her very knowledgeable. After a lengthy discussion we agreed on a fair market price . She made me understand that this wasn't 2005 and I had to be reasonable about my expectations. I appreciated her honesty and here taking the time to really run the numbers for me. I know it is her goal to get my home sold right away. Thanks in advance for the hard work.
