Best service around combined with expert repairs. My VW was looking at 3K$ of repairs at the dealership. Turns out they misdiagnosed it and The Garage fixed all my problems for under $800. Customer for life!

They were great! I went in for an oil change and basic checkup, and they were efficient, thorough, very affordable, and very pleasant to work with. They clearly stand behind their work and were very helpful. I will definitely be going back there for all of my future mechanical needs!

After hearing really great things about The Garage Auto Repair from several relatives and friends, I decided to give them a try. There are plenty of good things to say about this shop. My first experience with themwas a very good one . First of all, each and every employee that I dealt with was exceptionally pleasant. I initially called from the side of I-25 after my Jeep overheated. The lady who answered the phone explained the program to me and dispatched their tow truck to where I was stranded. The tow truck driver was polite and gave me a ride to the shop. My Jeep was looked at almost instantly by a mechanic. After roughly 20 minutes in their waiting room I was given an estimate. Turns out that my thermostat got stuck. While I waited, they replaced it and added new coolant. I saw my Jeep go on a 10-15 minute road test to verify that there wasn't any other issues. My entire experience with The Garage was textbook perfect. The staff was overly nice, the price was very reasonable, and the service was impressive. One other thing worth metioning is that there was no charge for the tow. I have never been so satisfied in my life. I would go a very long way to get this customer service and craftsmanship again.

Best of the best!. I wanted to give an accurate review of The Garage based on my visit last week. My car broke down in Rio Rancho at a grocery store on 528. I am new to the area, and my neighbor suggested The Garage. I called them to make an appointment and I was informed that they offered free towing. Within an hour, they had their tow truck at my location. I was informed that since it was late in the day, it would be the next day untill I recieved my estimate. About 9 a.m. the next day I was informed that my timing belt broke and that there was damage to my valves. I was given a maximum price that could go down depending on the machine work I needed. This is important...... I verified their prices with several shops and the dealer. There was a cheaper shop in town, but overall, The Garage was very fair with their prices, especially when compared to the dealer. I authorized the repairs and I also popped in to check on the progress. I've been in several shops in my life, and the inside of The Garage was impressive (really starting to build trust at this point). It was clean and my car was at the exact stage of repairs that they told me on the phone. When I came to pick up my car, my bill was several hundred dollars LESS than my estimate. I was pleasently surprised. My car really does run better than it has in years (they tuned it up also), and overall, I am happy with the entire event. I just thought everybody needed to know about the services that they offer. Thanks, Belle G.

Verified Honest. I brought my car into The Garage for a second opinion. The shop around the corner felt it necessary to give me an estimate to restore my Geo back to it's original show room condition. I hired The Garage to simply fix what was broken, and that's what they did. Thank you for the honest repair, and for not taking advantage of an aging cars problems. Linda.

Best service I have ever recieved!. After a really bad experience with a local mechanic, I found The Garage and they lived up to their reputation. The fixed my Land Rover after the other guy butchered it. While it was at The Garage, they also repaired my cooling system, sidestepping a potential major failure.

Customer service gone terribly right.. From start to finish, my experience with The Garage was flawless. They reacted immediately to my vehicle crisis and sent a tow truck to my location, almost instantly. My car was towed in, diagnosed, fixed, and ready for pick up, all in one day. The price was fair, and most of all, my car is fixed.
