Service & Customer Service is lacking.
My 2 experiences with Jason's Deli is less than stellar. First time, placed an order online and went to pick up and they had no record of my order and I had to wait about 20 minutes so they could fill my order. I do understand computer problems, hope they fixed this!
2nd experience was today. I called and placed an order to go, was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Hung up and called back and placed my order, but told the girl that I was stuck on hold for 5 minutes and it wasn't good business. I wanted to give her an FYI, not so much a complaint. But I was so close to hanging up. Went to pick up my order and the girl told me it was almost ready. The woman (looks like the Owner??) had her back to me and she was on the phone. No wonder I was put on hold for 5 minutes....Anyway, she finished her phone conversation and turned around and asked me if I would like to pay for my order, she was less than friendly, no smile, no welcome to Jason's, etc., I said sure, then she proceeded to tell me she received a huge order over the phone and really acted like I was not as important. She turned her back on me and said she would be right back. I did pay and waited a few more minutes for my order to be ready and this woman (owner?) asked these 2 girls what they wanted, but her whole demeanor was stand offish and so unfriendly. I guess that "huge" order made her rattled. $$$$$ to her, I suppose. You know, I will never go in there again, but I have to say the food is very good, just the service stinks. If service matters, don't eat at this location, if it doesn't, than this point is mute.
