I run a very Honest Buisness. The Truth to your post is that you got a reduced price on the machine and software was to go to the store which it did later you decided you should get the software and not have to pay for it ! you and your husband went to the store your husband was mean and nasty to my store manage who is a woman and he got in her face i was not at the store and then she got me on the phone i instructed my manager to just give them the softwware its not worth you getting hurt Your husband is not ever welcome in my store no man should not ever do that to a woman PERIOD you even apoligezed for his behavior

ryans vacuum and sewing. I bought a 7,000 dollar machine that had a customer rebate(in which i found online at the brother website) that was the pe next design software. They had it sent to Ryan's as they couldn't deliver to me. He tried to keep this software. After my husband talked to him on the phone he did give us our software but told us we were not welcome back in his store. He is dishonest..know your prices and any promotions that brother has before you go there..I did call brother and they told me under his contract he had to service my machine..they were very nice..This is a sad situation because i do love my machine but now have no place to go for help as he is the only dealer around.
