Worst service I have received EVER!. We went in to buy three pillows. Two sales people were working with other customers so we looked at the pillows by ourselves and chose the ones we wanted. A new kid told us they would be with us shortly. After 25 minutes a bald salesman finished with his customer and began working with another customer who was ahead of us. After about 8 more minutes I asked the new kid if he could just get the pillows and have them ready when someone had time to ring us up, I didn't need any sales help. They said they would be right with me. Finally the bald man asked if I had a sleep bed and which style it was. I told him I was not sure which style and he rudely said, "well, I guess I can look it up." I said, "I thought you could, they always have been able to find it on file before." He then wanted me to lay down on the bed with a cover over the pillow and try it out. I told him I was on my lunch break and would just like to buy the pillow and the set of sheets I had picked up from the shelf. He motioned for two customers who had been waiting about 10 minutes, to come up to the counter. He turned his back to me and started to show them what parts of the paper work they needed to fill out, apparently they were a return customer and needed to sign papers. The pillows that I wanted to purchase were $119 each and the sheets were on sale for $59. I told him I couldn't wait any longer and left the store. He missed out on a $416.00 sale because he would not serve me. I have never been treated so rudely! I thought the economy was supposed to be hurting but apparently Sleep Comfort Stores do not need the business and do not care to satisfy their return clientele. The bald man needs to learn customer service.
