Worst Consignment!!. I agree with every post on this website. I have gone 4 times & finally learned my lesson. They took a bag full of boys clothes for five dollars. They rather take my walmart brands than Crazy 8, 77 Kids, Sperry & Reef sandals..I'm assuming they don't know what these brands are! I too, had to dig through piles & bags of clothing. Not to mention they "lost" the rest of my stuff TWICE. You are better off getting good deals across the street at Old Navy & Carters. Very rude on top if it all.

THIEVES. these people just stole my clothes! they said that they would call me in an hour and let me know what they would give me. they never called, so I called them.

$18 for a huge bag of really nice maternity clothes. not to mention, they've already donated what they didn't want to some charity so I don't even get the write off! I can't believe they are still in business!

on a sidenote - when I took my stuff in, there was a little boy (with his mother watching!) urinating on the side of the building. seriously? what a nasty place run by rude people.

Rudest people ever. Everytime I go in to EITHER location I'm treated as an interruption, excuse me but isn't the point of being in business to cater to your customers? Like danielle88 I am unenthusiastic about this place, makes me want to open my own store! (Which I AM thinking about - in Rio Rancho....)

When I went to look for a high chair I refused to actually put my son in any of them as it looked like the store employees had let their children use them and hadn't bothered to clean them, EVER!

Wait until I open up my own store, until then shop the clearance racks at Target/Walmart etc..! Don't waste your time here.

one hot mess. This place is one hot mess! The NE location is horrible. The workers are so rude! It's always over crowed. It seem like they never find the bottom of the huge piles of clothing over-flowing the tiny store. For as much crap they have in there you would think they'd get a bigger store or better employess that can actually keep up. The last time I was in there, I dropped of 4 bages of name brand clothes ( wait time was 3 hrs) and when I returned they only offered me $35!!!! They just asume they know what the clothes are worth. They dont even look them up. This place is a scam.Its a waist of time. Full of people who dont even speak English!!!!

Huge MESS!!. I dropped off some clothes (2 large boxes) to sell for my sister-in-law. When I came back 3 hours later to pick up my cash & leftovers, they handed me $5 without even telling me what they selected from the items (poor form I think!) and told me to go look for my bags of leftovers that were thrown into a mountain in the dressing rooms. Then, they acted put-out that I asked them to help me search for my bags. BIG waste of my time. They were just rude in general.

RUDE workers at Other Mothers Westside location!. I agree with the first review. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the workers were. They were not interested in helping or answering any questions I had. I felt like I was totally bothering them. They had loud personal conversations that were completely innappropriate - and were completely indifferent to the fact that customers were standing in the checkout line having to hear their cussing, loud laughing, and carrying on. It's unfortunate. The ONLY reason I will go back is for the great selection of baby clothes and the prices.

Waste of time. Do NOT go to the w.side location. These woman have the worst attitudes when talking with customers. They have no problem treating you like you are impossing on them. I think they purposely hire the rudest woman they can find because not 1 had a pleasant attitude. I will NEVER do business with them again.

good selection, decent prices, good quality. They have a good range of kids clothes; sizes, brands, selection. They have everything from baby furniture & toys to jeans & dresses. A must check out!!!!
