Outstanding Deals!!. I have shopped @ Other Mother's for years.

I love their new location on Montgomery/San Mateo.

Huge store and lots and lots to see and buy. I love the

new Trendy Trades (upscale clothing @ reasonable prices).

Right now they are having a huge sale......50% off all childrens, maternity and women's clothing and toys.

25% off Trendy Trades.......I purchased items for myself,

my expectant daughter and my son.

Do Yourself a Favor DON'T GO HERE. This store has nothing to offer unless you want bad service, rude people that go through your things because they think you are stealing from them and rip off prices. Do yourself a favor go to Goodwill. At least someone good profits from your purchases.

must say,. it is a SECOND HAND STORE. a lot of people can not afford exactly brand new clothes and other mothers offer reasonable prices and good condition clothing etc. try selling your things on craigslist or something if you're trying to make money. to some people, that store credit is a life saver when shopping for clothes; not everyone can afford it these days. it's amazing how many grown adults blog and bag on the simplest things. lol

DONT SHOP OR SELL AT THIS PLACE!! THE WORST!!!. I have had the same experience as all of you!! Rude employees, poor trade in prices, lost items ect. Isnt there something that we can do??? Complain to the BBB or something???? This has to be stopped! They cant get away with scamming us anymore! The Other Mothers on Cutler is owned by the mother and the daughter owns the west side store. The daughter at the west side store has even talked bad about her own moms store when i stated that i was going to take my items to cutler because they were running really behind on trade ins. I have had multipule bad experiences with poor customer service and I spoke to the owner of the west side about a particular employee that I constantly get an attitude with and she told me "thats the way she is, shes from Louisianna and has a strong personality, if you dont like it, dont shop here or come back"I cant believe this is how they run their business. I hope these rude unprofessional scam artists go out of business soon. If we could all make a formal complaint to the BBB or something else, maybe they will!!

not that bad!!. First off let me by saying is that the store isnt that bad i go there 2-3 times a week i take my daughters stuff and their name brand items and almost new their always fair with me, i dont complain about it because other people may need it more and its a second hand store come on now kids grow out of their clothes fast get over it you can try to sell your stuff on craigslist and make your own prices, the new location is awesome its alot more organized. The employees are always helpful and nice.

RIPOFFS AND RUDE. I used to take my daughter's old clothes to Other Mothers and they are nothing but ripoffs. My daughter has nice, name brand clothes and they don't give you anything. And now they have changed their policy where they only give store credit for bags of clothes, instead of cash like they used to. I do not want to shop there, never have, and never will. I do not need store credit. I feel like I have been taken for my clothes and will NEVER go back there again. For everyone reading this, DO NOT take your clothes or anything else to them. They suck!!!

Well I Just changed my Mind!. Wow! I was just about to take 6 bags of clothes to this place and a play pen but after reading all of this negative feedback I dnt think i want to anymore! Im sure I would get scammed and stolen from too... Are there any other places where I could really take the stuff to sell?

Horrible Service and Business Ethics. When I arrived I asked about trading a very nice bassinet and selling a bag of baby clothes. The lady whom I spoke to responded ?We obviously don?t do trade in here, we do them next door didn?t you read the sign?? Considering there were a plethora of signs all over the door and I had my children with me I considered the response incredibly rude and inconsiderate. So I took the bassinet back out of the store and loaded it back into my vehicle assuming I didn?t want the same treatment next door. When I arrived next door I waited for about 20 minutes until I could get some help at which time the lady told me that she would give me less than 10 dollars for the bassinet and asked that I leave my bag of clothes at the store because they wouldn?t have time for the them to sift through the clothes until Monday. I refused the price on the bassinet and figured it would be better to simply give it to someone in need and I asked her for a receipt for the article of clothing. She rudely stated that they didn?t give out receipts and to just leave the bag there or leave. Can anyone say, thieves? I will never go back to Other Mothers again because considering their business ethics, ?Other? is clearly descriptive of everything ?other? than good business and hospitality.
