I will order any future special occasion cakes from Say It With Cake even though I live on the East side and they are located on the West side of Abq. Carol was prompt in confirming my email order and thorough in phone communication while putting the finishing touches on my Diaper Bag baby shower cake. The cake (half one flavor & half another flavor) was delicious from fondant to moist filling, and was beautifully customized as per request!

Worst ever. Worst place to get a cake made !!! Found there web sight and photos of there cakes, asked for them to make me a monkey cake "like the photo" . Took time to go all the way up there to pay them half for the cake. Then went a few days later to pick up the cake. This cake looked NOTHING like the photo they posted on there web sight ! It was awful and I was soooooo disgusted that if a person shows pictures of cakes that they are able to make and then dont follow threw with there word and make some thing that looks like a 5 yr old made. I WOULD NOT REC. this place. Makes me wonder if the pictures that they post up on there web sight is even truly there work , Because obviously the cake I seen in the picture of the monkey holding a bananna they were not able to make!!! Dont put pictures up of cakes if your not able to make them like the actual picture. Thats False advertisment ! These people not only waisted my time and gas but they ruined a birthday party ! DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID .

Moist, Fresh and Delicious. NEVER has any bakery in Albuquerque attended to my requests as well as Say It With Cake. The attention to detail in the Daisy/Ladybug 1st Birthday smash cake was amazing and the pink ladybug cupcakes were adorable. Most of all, the cakes were moist, fresh and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Say It With Cake has a very large flavor assortment to choose from (cakes and icings), and if you have an idea in your head, they will suggest options and make it everything you think you want, and much, much more.

DO NOT BUY. nasty frozen cakes.. I would not BUY from this company at all, dry, frozen cakes not very good tasting at all.

Beautiful creations and Tastiest Cake Around!. Seriously! You must try the buttercream frosting at Say It With Cake. I was in charge of a baby shower cake for a friend's recent shindig, and ordered a fantastic-tasting cake (vanilla cake with raspberry and boston cream filling--but there are tons of other flavor options...) preciously decorated with a fondant sleeping bunny in a onesie on top. ( They even sold me a paper cup-full of FROSTING for $1 for the Mom-to-be who is a frosting fanatic, and she loved it!)

I ordered a cake for appx. 30 people + 20 cupcakes, and my only regret is that I didn't order more! I didn't have enough to offer seconds, but many people asked for them. REALLY, is there ever any problem having leftover cake? I think not!

I had such good luck, I ordered a very small cake for my Mother-in-law's birthday last week, and it was equally as delicious.

I went to many other local cake stores before settling on this one, and the gals at SIWC were the most helpful, creative, and make the most fantastic-tasting creations in Albuquerque, hands down!
