Ummmm..... This place sucked on so many levels. First, the staff were incredibly rude from check in, asking help with internet problems, and renewing/extending stay. Second, the internet service was unacceptable. Believe me, the internet ran slower than dial up. In fact, you cannot download software or watch videos online. When I addressed the problem to management, I was told well "we don't know what the problem is" "you're the only person to complain." No attempt was made to troubleshoot the problem. Interestingly, I asked neighbors about their experience with the internet service; they ALL expressed the same concern- the hideously slow internet. If you depend on using the internet, do not stay at this place. There are other places that actually offer "high speed internet" and are more polite. Finally, the place was also very noisy and alot of "shady" people roam the premises. I spoke with a neighbor that said his car was broken into a few weeks ago. Yes, the argument can be made that the stay is cheap but surely better professional service should be enforced.
