Rising Star's prices are very affordable! A complete lunch starting under "Five Bucks"! Located just off the beaten path at San Antonio & Louisianna, tucked in the corner at the "Vista Del Norte Shopping Center". The dinner menu even gets better...Very Affordable! Take-out orders welcomed!
