Lost My Trust. High pressure sales team and misleading information cuased me to distrust the dealer. When I encountered a problem, the staff treated me poorly. Emails and phone calls to the manager were never answered. I would not recommend these guys to a friend!

Professional and Courteous Staff. Employed as an information technology consultant to an East Coast Auto Dealership (of which they hold a franchise for Hyundai), I have been privy to the service delivery of a dealership and have personally witnessed what could go wrong in a service department. Best Place to Buy A Car. I had the best experience buying my new car from SW Hyundai. The car salesman made me feel completely comfortable and made the process so easy. Not only that but the cars are fantastic! I bought an Elantra and couldn't be happier! I got a great deal and definitely would by my next car from SW Hyundai, as a matter of fact I will be recommending SW Hyundai to anyone looking into buying a car! So Happy!

Thank you Southwest Hyundai. I helped my daughter buy a car at Southwest Hyundai. Everybody was very nice from the lady at the front desk to our salesman. She is very happy with the car and it runs good and she likes that it looks really nice too. We have had it about a month or two and the only problem was she ran into a curb and made the front tire low. We took it to the service department at Southwest Hyundai and they put air in the tire and checked it out and didn't charge her. We were happy about that and we will difinitely buy our next car from Southwest Hyundai.

Service department is horrible!. A 30 minute job took 4 days and when we got our vehicle home, bolts were missing from the engine compartment! We called several times to complain, were told someone would get back to us, but they never did. We were a Hyundai family, but this ended it for us. We were treated horribly and we had to order and replace the bolts ourselves. Will never return to this dealer. When they sold the car to us in 2004, it was all different. You will be treated like royalty and even when your vehicle is still under warranty, you might be ok. We were even telling our kids to buy Hyundais, but after the way we were treated, they went with the competition up the street. Very sad the way things have changed at this dealership.

Southwest Hyundai. For the second time we have purchased a Hyundai

from Southwest Hyundai and on both occasions we

were extremely pleased with the service we received.

We have for the past five years had all our auto service

at Southwest Hyundai and would highly recommend

this dealership to anyone.

Great Car Buying Experience. We just purchased our second vehicle from Southwest Hyundai. Olivia responded quickly to emails, Dre was our salesman and was extremely knowledgable, freindly and personable. Tom worked out our deal quickly and Sedrick pushed our paperwork through to get us out on the road. Overall very pleasant experience. We would recommend to family and friends.

Best Internet and overall Sales Staff. I live in Santa Fe. Horrible experience with "other" Hyundai dealership in town. I drove to Albuquerque. Cheryl Hutcherson, Internet Sales, was my initial point of contact and she asked Rich Wiethoff to assist....what a pleasure!!!! Buy your car here!!!! Don't go anywhere else....

What a great experience!. I surprised myself by actually enjoying the process of buying a new car at Southwest Hyundai. Everyone was friendly, but not pushy or tying to sell me something I did not want, and I really appreciated that. I knew exactly what I wanted and they found it for me in no time. Alex, Frank, Cederick and Sheryl made buying a car a fun experience. I would buy another car there, for sure.
