Energy Training Cures what ails you!. I found Body + Brain when I was looking for Yoga classes and I am so happy that I did. The classes are gentle but effective. I have learned a lot about energy. The classes keep my body strong and give me a chance to let go of the stress of working and sitting behind a computer hours at a time.

Dahn Yoga Change My Life. I have never felt better. I was looking for a place to stretch and found a place that changed my life. Their motto is Health, Happiness and Peace. I found all of these things. I cured my allergies, I lost 20 lbs., and I can stretch too.

Dahn Yoga really works!. I have been going to Dahn Yoga for 2 1/2 years. When I first started going I was experiencing problems with perimenopause, such as depression, hypoglycemia, headaches etc. Those problems were gone in 3 or 4 months. The first month I experienced alot of healing in my digestive tract that I wasn't aware needed healing (or balancing). I also experienced more happiness, joy, and peace. Their slogan is better health, more happiness, and more peace. It really works!

Powerful training. I've been training with the Dahn Yoga system for about 18 months now and I've had very positive results. When I first joined I was having problems staying asleep; I was overweight; and I'd injured my left knee (at a local gym). Needless to say my flexibility and endurance were at an all-time low.

The trainers are knowledgeable and caring. I receive a great deal of one-on-one attention. I've lost about 35 pounds, I sleep well (in fact I seem to need less sleep) and I've gained strength and flexibility in my knee. Dahn has a special exercise for stress reduction that focuses on the brain; called brain wave vibration and it has had a profound impact in how I handle stress. Since starting this training, I've seen a significant improvement in my metabolism. Dahn Yoga is a powerful training modality and I'm a big FAN.
