Terrific results - more than what I had dreamed possible. Given my past failures at weight reduction on my own and through clubs, I decided to give hypnosis a try. Thankfully, I found a competent and very caring hypnotist who helped me realize that my biggest obstacle to weight loss dwelt in my own self-talk. Very personable hypnotist. This hypnotist creates an atmosphere very reassuring to a new client that they have some to the place where desired results will happen. My self talk improved and I started realizing my untapped potential.
