Love this salon!

Just started going to this place about 5 months ago and I have to say that I am impressed every time I go. I see Yvonne & Brianna for haircuts and lowlights and LOVE them both. I have also treated myself a few times to spa services and am now addicted to the Mini Facial- it is only $35 and is so relaxing.
The entire staff here is so friendly and they are always offering to do little mini spa services while you are waiting. If you have not been to this place, you must try it!
- Pros: Aveda, great staff, location
- Cons: I spend too much money on Aveda products! LOL
Underpaid and Overcharged

People get what they pay for, but they don't pay their employees nearly what their worth!! I interviewed for a massage therapist position and they start out at $11-12 per hr!! Seriously!! Spend thousands of dollars going to school to be a licensed MT and get paid that!! NO THANK YOU!! I was so offended that once I heard that, the interview was pretty much over! They can afford to be "fancy" because they're making about $50 per hr based on what they pay their employee. How unprofessional.
its all an illusion there is no pampering/relaxing treatment other then the company given by your stylist

My salon experience was nothing but a hoax. Mark paints the illusion that he has trained his employees to be the best in customer service. Honestly I was very disappointed the front desk was beyond rude!! One in particular to avoid is the older lady who wears enough make-up to be Ronald McDonald's double. The girls there treat you like a dollar sign. My greeting was yelled from the other side of the salon where this woman was sitting at the counter talking about her crazy weekend. I expected a relaxing pampering experience not to hear about someone's drunken weekend. HOWEVER!! the talent there is pure and amazing. You have to ask for referrals though. Each girl specializes in certain types of hair but each of them are great. If it is one thing that Mark does, is give them continuing education. My stylist, MICHELLE(the best ever), explained they are trained in the latest trends and techniques. Don't bet on the fact that they sell haircuts on experience level. the girls are only promoted on how much they can sell for MR. Pardo. in all fairness he has to pay off his new corvette. If you are interested in a massage go to KAI!!!! You will never have an experience like the one she gives you anywhere!! she is just so in touch with what she does!!! SO all in all great talent but the service is horrible pay before your service if you must; that way you only have to deal with the front once and wont be too pressed into buying worthless product!!
