Thankyou,Roberto. I'm not one to write reviews, but I would like to return the kind favor of those who wrote in about Robert Melo to anyone who is in the position that I was. Having had recently moved here I went from one hair salon to another, even one of the top voted hairdressers, receiving discouragingly poor cuts and color, while paying top prices. I'm so grateful for the honest reviews posted when I decided to look online.

Roberto recognized immediately the corrective actions that needed to be taken on my poor cut. We talked about my expectations, hair type and conditon. I knew I was finally at the right place. I was so pleased with his skill and what he was able to accomplish with just one cut. He also did a wonderful job of correcting the color, and I walked out feeling good about my hair again.I've been going to Roberto for about a year now, and I am so pleased and thankful for the beautiful,precise cuts and color. My hair is baby fine, not the easiest to work with and I'm a little older, but Roberto keeps me in style. I don't have to use a flat iron, just blow dry and go. I never would have believed it. I receive so many compliments, people stop me often to ask who my hairdresser is, something unheard of for me in the past.

His prices are very reasonable. He's a skilled, conscientious, talented man. So, this may be a bit long winded but Roberto, I want to thank you for helping me to look the best I can, that you always listen to me and are always considerate of my opinions, that you make my hair look amazing when it shouldn't be possible...that I'm proud of the way it looks. You're a blessing!

Melanie: The Goddess of Hair Stylists. I have trusted Melanie at the Hair Goddess Salon to style my hair for 10+ years. I rely on her expertise alone to make my hair look incredible with vibrant color and professional cuts.

Recently I went in to see her about getting highlights for summer. She listened to my request and gave me iridescent gold streaks that look naturally beautiful. I have recieved compliments from family, friends, and strangers on my hair since seeing Melanie a week ago.

Making an appointment with Melanie is always convenient because she is avaliable to work evenings. Instead of trying to find an open hour in my busy day, I can see her after regular work hours.

Albuquerque's Best Salon!. I am so happy to have found Robin and all the stylist at Hair Goddess! After getting my highlights and cut with Robin, I always get so many compliments on my hair. I would never go anywhere else. I have gotten cuts with the other stylists and trust every single one of them. What a great team.

HOUSE OF BAD HAIR & RUDENESS. It's great that this awful place can review itself. It appears aesthetically much like a Super Cuts as was my hair dresser.

Very HAPPY!!!. Just got my hair done last week with Roberto Melo. At first I was very nervous because since in Abq I had nothing but disasters with my hair. Roberto took his time to LISTEN to my needs and the final results were FANTASTIC!! He gave me a super make over and fixed my horrible color job I got in one of the top salon in town. All my friends love my hair and so do I. Thank you to all of you who posted reviews so I could find my new stylist!!!

Roberto Melo - Albuquerque's Best Hair Stylist. I was very comfortable choosing Roberto Melo because I had already read the reviews of his work online and knew right away that he would be "my guy." I was not disappointed.

He took his time listening to what I wanted and began to work with me to develop the color and the cut I would love. He then took his time working on my color and I was certain that it would be perfect. After the color and shampoo, Roberto continued his magic with the perfect cut. He was thorough, precise, and took his time. No rushing here; it was all about making my hair beautiful. I knew this would be the best cut I had ever received and I was right. My hair is in beautiful condition with a perfectly beautiful color and amazing cut. I give Roberto highest accolades and recommend him to all!

Robert can cut hair. I have never had a better hairdresser ......ever! He is busy and takes a while to get in but he also tells you what services you are in need of and how often. He never tries to oversell anything! He is great!

Best Hair Stylist and a SUPERB colorist!!. When I moved to Abq I had a tough time finding a replacement for my great Stylist in Chicago. After a few bad cuts and terrible coloring I was recommended to Roberto Melo at Hair Goddess Salon. I was to the point to fly back to Chicago to get my hair done... I first went to Roberto just for a consultation and regretted not having booked for my service then, I had to wait for a month for his next opening. Roberto is a fantastic hair stylist, he made me love my hair again. I get at least 3 or 4 compliments daily on my hair!!
