Worst service ever. I had recently had PMI come to my house to fix my heater. The tech that came did not speak English and he tried to blame me for my heater being broken. They had came to my house five times and still were not able to fix the problem. They left me without heat for a week and a half when I tried to talk to the manager it was obvious he did not care and told me he didn't know what he wanted me to do. I would call everyday and no one would return my phone calls. This is the worst service I have ever had, NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! It is obvious the techs do not now what they are doing.

Superb Sevice and Managment. PMI Heating and Air is superb in customer service. Extrem know how!!!!! Well versed!! Explained my issues and repaired problems with my system. Walked me thru home onwer maininace which I had know idea what was involed. I called PMI to get the managers name and spoke with him as well. I must say Pat Campbell and his men are number 1 in my book and I have allready given there numbers to alot of my friends in realty. THANKS PMI keep up the good work.

Extremely Bad Service. The service of PMI is of the worst I have ever experienced in this area.

The techs are very uneducated people and barely know what they are doing. In fact, they blame all the problems on the customer to not have to do anything themselves.

Also, they had to come to my house several times for teh same problem and the problem never went away. Please, just go with someone else! this people don't deserve your money or time
