Does not stand behind work..
Grout started cracking after 4 months on a $5500 new kitchen subfloor and tile floor from Richlan. As the owners of the house were out of the country on a permanent work re-assignment, the problems with the grout were not reported until 2 years after the initial job (the warranty on the work was for one year).
Called Richlan to see if a amenable solution could be worked out, as the groutwork was obviously of poor workmanship or quality. Was told that "these things happen" and that they wouldn't offer anything more to solve the problem they created than to send over a tube of caulk so we could fix the deteriorating grout ourselves.
Terrible customer service that wouldn't return my calls on the matter, and an atrocious attitude towards standing behind their work.
