Wooby's rocks. Great food, great coffee, and if you visit often enough, the staff will know you by name. The cafe's namesake and mascot, Woo (R.I.P.), the owner's late pug, has recently been succeeded by newcomer Toshi, probably the most famous pug puppy in the Sandia Mountains. He is usually around to entertain guests. It's hard to go wrong with any pick off the menu, but the enormous cinnamon roles--baked fresh every morning--are a local favorite. Wooby's also serves a variety of sandwiches and smoothies. It's a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and Matthew makes the rootin'est, tootin'est lattes west of the Pecos!
