Cancelled order not credited. more than a week after cancelling my order they still have not credited my Wells Fargo account and furthermore are refusing to ever credit the $150 for the fabric protection plan on the sofa I'm not buying because I can't find the brochure they gave me. I will never shop there again.
DO NOT SHOP HERE, AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW SO OTHERS KNOW, NOT TO SHOP AT HILIFE FURNITURE. THEY ARE KNOWN FOR GIVING CUSTOMERS THE RUN AROUND. THEY DO NOT DELIVER FURNITURE ON TIME, A SUPERVISOR IS NEVER AVAILABLE, AND THE GIRLS WHO WORK THE DESK ARE RUDE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVEN STOP BY!!!!
Good Stuff. They *do not* have everything in stock, it does have to be shipped in, our order took two weeks. Two of the pieces were damaged and needed to be returned (as told to us by the delivery driver, the store never informed us), which took an additional two weeks. Salesperson was very helpful and honest, delivery people were great. Price was decent and we LOVE our new room. We noticed they had a lot of items that you don't see in every other store you walk into.
Service and Quality.. They were excellent! Very fast and friendly service. They have everything in stock too so there is no need to wait endless weeks. Huge store with wide variety. They have many catalogs too, so your bound to find somthing you like. They are willing to bring down the price if you cant afford the product. They fix and take care of problems adequately! Quality furniture! I was very satisfied.
