Past experience has only given me a job for a few days. Did not have a one on one relationship with contractor. Was treated like mud. Was well qualified for the position and worked even better than permanent employees but contractor sent me home after the dirt work was done. Did not have benefits nor retirement plan.
Pros: Favortism if your willing to work for nothing
Cons: Dont expect to have a career here.
