Wonderful Experience!!!. After several hours of contiplating what restaurant to dine for the evening we decided to try Chez Axel. We found that not only was the food excellent but the embience was one I had experience in France. The nice decor on the walls was very French. Not to mention the candle lighting and grand piano playing added much to the romantic atmosphere. We did not feel rushed as we do in some restaurants. We sat and enjoyed our glass of wine while eating dessert and listening to live entertainment. This place gets an A+ in my book.…
No stars from us. The food was awful & over priced. I was choking on the food. The fish dry and tasteless, in fact everything was terrible. Very disappointed & no stars from us.
Small, quiet and Authentic. This is simply my favorite place to go in ABQ. It is so intimate yet elegant with the white linen tablecloths and sparkling crystal. The staff is authentic and helpful wiothout ever rushing you. The food is consistently very good.…
Average French. Nice restaurant, lacked certain .... The food, wine selection is acceptable, however the wine bottles on the wall suggested more. I missed French atmosphere in the restaurant and the touch in the food. Too American-French and 'a little' overprized.…
