Great Customer Service

When RV'g thru New Mexico 3yrs ago, I stayed in Truth or Consequences for 4 months. A fellow RV'r told me about "Cowboy Smokes" and gave me a list of the smokes they offer. I sent in a request for an order and promptly received it in a couple of days, of course I was approx. 75 miles away at the time. Since then, I've ordered several dozen times. Being RV'rs, we are moving around from location to location, and "Cowboy Smokes" have alway's accommodated me by sending to a new address when I move. I am in Alabama at present, and I recieved my order in 4-5 days, Pretty-Good to me. Just plan and send your order before you run out.

I've never been to their Store and personally met them, However...

My Rating of them is,,, 10 out of 10...Excellent !

Mail Order Smokes

I have done business with them several times. They are pleasant to deal with and do a pretty good job of getting your order out the door, I have received orders at my door 2 days after placing the order. It's a small store, and there are obviously days when they are not open. The answering machine will fill up with messages and the phone just rings forever. They are good about calling you back when you leave a message. However, the last order I had requested the charges to be applied to a different card, they were applied to my checking account card anyway and I ended up with an overdraft. I guess we'll see how they handle that one.

I should mention that they have very affordable generic brands that you cannot buy from most places. You can get a carton of cigarettes as cheap as $9. They also have name brand cigarettes cheaper than you can buy just about anywhere. All in all it's been a good experience so far. Give them a try.

• Cons: You have to plan ahead. But 3 cartons for the price of one?
