Worker lost ORDER & PRESCRIPTION. When I brought back a friend to help finalize order, worker(s) had lost or thrown BOTH my order with glasses ID# and my PRESCIPTION even tho' I was very direct about my plans to finalize order. This store is a waste of time and total CHAOS when they didn't know where it was, or supposed to be kept. I'm not sure how shoddy their glasses would have been considering the poor ability and practices appear to be. I get to start over getting another Dr. copy of the RX with my own gas and find a different glasses store and frames. Don't waste your time on these guys. Coming here would be a total waste of your time and gas.

This is a warehouse approach to eyeglasses. Inexpensive frames and very quick service. If you want someone to hold your order forever (I'm guessing you didn't make a deposit or return when you said you would), go see some fancy retail and pay the higher fees.
