San Francisco prices but not SF quality. 2 of our party of four got sick off the seafood so be careful what you order. Yes I called the manager but no one called us back. The chicken was good but $24 for chicken breast and fried potatoes. In ABQ go to the Indio Crow high quality and good food. Oh and if you are going to Bien Shur and it isn't daylight savings time the view is black. I will not go again...too many better and cheaper choices in ABQ.

Disappointed. My boyfriend and I were so excited to have dinner here, and the night that we went became such a nightmare. Seriously. I am determined to write every bad review I can about this restaurant as possible. We had reservations @ 9pm. We were seated @ 9:05. We sat for 15 minutes till we were served water, at that time we ordered our wine. When our wine came to our table it was wrong. It took our waiter another 20 min. to get another bottle, but this time he gave us two options. We didn't like the options so we ordered another wine. We complained after 40 minutes, and finally got another waiter. However, our new waiter, once again, brought us another wrong wine. We were so frustrated that we got up and left. We were there 50 min. without ordering our food and without our drinks. The hostess had the audacity to accuse us that we were late for our reservation - that we came in @ 9:15. Another floor manager/hostess came to our table and just said sorry, and gave us our check for our appetizer. Yeah, a check after several complaints. My boyfriend paid for our appetizer, and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was unconcerned and not very helpful. He just nodded and apologized. Anyway, it's a terrible restaurant.

Lovely atmosphere on both outdoor patio and restaurant. We've been there several times for dinner and have been come away happy each time. The restaurant is warm and cozy with great views and a wonderful fireplace in the center, the bar lively and attractive and the outdoor patio is great to sit out and have a drink before dinner. The service is not as knowledgeable as it could be, occasionally a little slow, but nothing we couldn't live with. On our last visit, I really enjoyed an Ahi Napoleon - even though I still have a hard time ordering rare fish in the middle of the desert. It was great.

Elegant food served in a serene dining room with an inspiring view of the Sandia Mountains.. The Scene

An oasis of calm amidst the din of the bustling Sandia Casino gaming floor. Once past the pressed-glass doors, there's relative silence, and diners are free to appreciate the vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows that look out to the Sandia Mountains. Elegantly set and well-spaced tables are populated by locals, tourists and pueblo officials.

The Food

Dishes avoid pretension and are simultaneously exciting, inventive, comforting and satisfying. Though there is an emphasis on Southwestern ingredients and dishes, those unaccustomed to the heat of New Mexican chiles will be relieved by their relative absence. Inventive appetizers, like truffled potato chips topped with diver scallops and dill crema, are petite but pack a compact punch of flavor. Entrees like the rib-eye steak with smoky tomato butter and beer-battered onion rings are simple and delicious.
